Description

She is Agent Aika Sumeragi from the anime AIKa, a show which have a lots of actions, close combat, explosions and, well panties :D
By this, it is very similar to the much later aired anime Ikki Tousen.

Edit: Sharpened the drawing.
Edit 2: Fixed some errors, and removed the rings on the edge.
