XL Barracks Wagon

While transport 50 soldiers and their full equipment and staff was seen adequate soon demand for a bigger sized wagon was needed! Based on the idea of the enlarged Merchandise Wagon the designers of this car not just made it longer to house more soldiers and staff but added an extra level! With these improvements this barracks car now could hold more than 50% more soldiers than of the original car! Though with it's extra cost apart from the Viking Union only a few trains can afford it.
This wagon with it's 4-4 axes built to carry it's 100tons of weight and to run at high speeds: 200-500km/h! Covered in thick armour plates to defend the soldiers from incoming machine Gun fire and even to some extent cannon fire!
It can accommodate roughly 80 soldiers with their full equipment: Warm Clothes, Dynamites, Rifles and various arms. It's size allows to support rooms with various purposes, like a medical room to treat injuries, a small workshop to repair equipments and weapons, 2 bathrooms, a single canteen with a small kitchen and of course the weapon storage and officer quarters.
