Description

This ship is an improved King George V class battleship with 4 turrets. I call this design King George VI class as it's an improvement over the KGV with 10 356mm Cannons in 2 quad and 2 double turrets.
Also this class is a little longer than the KGV to get into the hull the 4th turret.

What's Interesting is this IS what the KGV Class would have looked like had she been completed to the original layout the RN had in mind
(they deleted the Y Turret during her design phase, reputedly due to trying to adhere [somewhat] to the Tonnage Treaty's of the time, & also because they thought it would make the Ships swifter to construct).

It's also of note that she would have originally been named the "King Edward VIII" class, but after he abdicated & went into exile the new King George VI requested the Battleship be named to Honor his late Father, & help erase the disgraced ex-King Edward from public memory.
