the girl on top who's alien species is known as Balum is Nilemia who is an ensign and a superior to Leunne and had become spoiled and manupulative to obtain whatever she wants after having a senator within the Balum world government like her father and the girl at the bottom is Leunne who is a sargent to the Dogisia military and a younger sister to Jens. She was brought in by Nilemia to take Jens place. She is the inventor of the active chart system to pradict the future. I hardly known about balum but from what little infomation I know, Balum are allies to Dogisians which I think pretty much, like dogs, birds hate cats.
